Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Sparify account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
